At B’nai Harim (Children of the Mountains), you will find a mixture of Jewish practice. Our rabbi is an ordinee of the Academy for Jewish Religion, the nation’s oldest Pluralist Jewish Seminary. Pluralism cherishes Jewish practices from across the spectrum of Judaism. Wherever you come from, wherever you are going, you will find company on your Jewish journey at B’nai Harim.

From our Little Scholars (ages 5–7) to our budding b'nai mitzvah students and teens (ages 8-HS) through our B’nai Harim Senior Scholars, we have classes and programs that inspire our members to reaffirm and build on their Judaism.

Join us for bi-monthly Saturday morning services, monthly Friday night dinners as well as High Holiday and Festival services conducted by Rabbi Peg Kershenbaum. An Oneg Shabbat follows Shabbat services where all our members and our students celebrate the Sabbath together and socialize informally with one another and with the Rabbi.

In addition to religious services, B’nai Harim offers an array of cultural, social, adult and family events including regularly scheduled educational talks on relevant topics, Hebrew lessons and ongoing book discussions.

We are located at the intersection of Rt. 940, Pocono Crest Road and Sullivan Trail in Pocono Pines, PA. (570-646-0100)
